Haiku Real Estate

Paia Real Estate

Previously a Maui plantation town for the pineapple and sugar cane industries, Paia on the North Shore of Maui is a quaint, laid back beach community of art galleries, antique stores, coffee houses, yoga studios, local surf shops and Maui North Shore homes. Paia's diverse ethnic collection of restaurants include Mexican, Mediterranean, sushi, Vietnamese, American, Indian, vegetarian and great seafood at the Paia Fish Market.

Surfing on the North Shore is big, meaning the largest waves on the island are right here. One favorite spot is Hookipa Beach Park, also known as the Windsurfing Capital of the World, where longboarders, shortboarders, bodyboaders and wind surfers are treated to waves of twenty feet sometimes thanks to the outer reefs and ideal ocean conditions. Spreckelsville Real Estate

The charming, upscale North Shore community of Spreckelsville is located just west of downtown Paia. Spreckelsville Real Estate is a mixture of luxury beachfront Maui North Shore homes and vacation guest cottages surrounding the Maui Country Golf Club and hugging the popular Baldwin Beach and Baby Beach.
